I bought Remove Ads. How do I get it on another device, or after reinstalling?
Use the same Apple Account, and the app usually recognizes the purchase by itself. If ads still show, open the menu and tap Restore Purchases. There’s nothing to pay again.
How do I change the app’s language?
Open the menu and tap Languages. It opens iOS Settings for Generator, where you pick the app’s language: English, Русский, Українська, עברית, العربية, Español, Português, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Polski, Türkçe, Bahasa Indonesia, हिन्दी. Quotes, jokes and quiz questions are available in English and Russian and follow the app’s language; in other languages these screens are hidden.
Why am I asked about ads and tracking?
In some regions the law requires asking before ads can be personalized, so Google’s consent form appears first. iOS asks about tracking only if you allowed personalized ads. You can change your choice anytime under Privacy Settings in the menu (where available), and Remove Ads turns ads off entirely. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
A QR code doesn’t scan.
- Choose a higher error correction (25% or 30%), especially with a logo.
- Try without the logo, or with a simpler one.
- Keep the white border around the code, and print it larger. SVG and PDF stay sharp at any size.
- A lot of text makes a dense code: shorten it, or use a link instead.
Quotes, jokes or questions don’t load.
They come from free online services, so they need an internet connection. If a service limits requests, wait a few seconds and tap Generate again. The sources are listed in the app under Credits.
A quote or joke is inappropriate.
They come from third-party collections, and the English jokes use a safe mode. If something slipped through, email me the text and I’ll look into it.
