Questions, problems or ideas
I read every message and usually answer within a few days. Please mention your device and iOS version.
I bought Remove Ads. How do I get it on another device, or after reinstalling?
Use the same Apple Account, and the app usually recognizes the purchase by itself, including purchases made in earlier versions of the app. If ads still show, open Settings (the gear on the list of signs) and tap Restore Purchases. There’s nothing to pay again.
How do I switch between Russian and English horoscopes?
The horoscopes follow the app’s language: in Russian you get Russian horoscopes, in any other language English ones. To change it, open iOS Settings → Apps → Horoscope → Language.
Why are there more categories and days in Russian than in English?
Each language has its own source, and the app shows exactly what that source provides. The Russian source has several categories (love, business, health and more) for yesterday through the day after tomorrow, plus weekly horoscopes. The English source has a general daily, weekly and monthly horoscope, published one day at a time; earlier days stay available for several months.
Horoscopes don’t load.
The app needs an internet connection to download new texts. Horoscopes you’ve already opened are kept on the device and shown even offline. If the problem continues, pull down the list of signs to refresh, or email me.
Where do the horoscopes come from?
Russian horoscopes come from Ignio.com, English ones from FreeHoroscopeAPI. They are shown unchanged, and each text links to its source.
Why am I asked about ads and tracking?
In some regions the law requires asking before ads can be personalized, so Google’s consent form appears first. iOS asks about tracking only if you allowed personalized ads. You can change your choice anytime under Privacy Settings in the app’s Settings (where available), and Remove Ads turns ads off entirely. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
